Pretty hair bow patterns--new sponsor giveaway!

This giveaway is now closed.  Check back soon for more!

Well, readers, today I'm excited to announce a new sponsor: Birdsong Bows, a super fun company that makes patterns for hair bows and accessories!

Here are some pretty examples...

Deanna is offering a great giveaway of a 6-pack of bowmaking tutorials from the shop, valued at $27.50. The winner can select any 3 patterns!

A little bit about Deanna and Birdsong:
I'm a work-at-home mom with two girls, 5 and 10. I'm originally a writer who has always enjoyed arts and crafts! I began making boutique hair bows in 2006 to accessorize my older daughter's school uniform. In 2010 I decided to start teaching others how to make their own bows, and developed a line of tutorials for hair bows, hair flowers, and other accessories.

I also offer FREE mini tutorials on my blog, and enjoy meeting new accessory artists on my Facebook page.

Be sure to check out:

  • and/or share this giveaway: Facebook, Twitter, your blog--leave a link in a comment on this post!

For each thing you do, be sure to leave a comment telling me about it! Giveaway ends Saturday, August 27th at midnight and I will announce the winner Sunday.
*BE SURE TO LEAVE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS SO I CAN CONTACT YOU IF YOU WIN!

Good luck and happy shopping and bow-making!

  1. Coincidence much? I'm about to go thrift store shopping for old brooches and earrings to use as centers for the fabric flowers I'm making for my bouquet! I've been going by trial-and-error so far, so having something like the Camellia flower tutorial would be a huge help! I also love the gardenias and the Annabelle flower. Great giveaway!

  2. Awww, the Camellia flower is just beautiful! Wish I'd had that pattern when I made fabric flowers for my wedding decorations! The tutus on the website are super cute too :)

  3. They are all so beautiful (and so beautifully photographed) that it's difficult to choose - I'd have to say that they are all my favorites! That Camellia flower is a stunner, for sure - so many ways that could be translated, my mind is spinning. Wish I still had young nieces for the tutu, though -really cute!
