Christmas decor around the house
I have begun to decorate for Christmas! We got a tree this weekend, the first time for both of us. I have been collecting cute red and green items at Dollar Tree and JoAnn for the past couple trips and things are coming together (at least in the living room). I went to my parents' house and pulled out some old favorite nutcrackers and a tree topper and displayed them again. Today I put together this project for a total of $3 using glass vases, plaid ribbon, scotch tape, and the bottom boughs of our Christmas tree!They sell these cool, clean-lined flower vase things at Dollar Tree and they totally rock. I see similar things for way more at JoAnn and even Marshall's.
Such a cute idea to put sprigs of pine in little bud vases! Then you get the smell and the beauty!
