Favorite Spring 2020 One Room Challenge makeovers

The spring 2020 One Room Challenge season is about wrapped up, and there were some fabulous projects as usual!! I went through and saved a handful of favorites you should definitely check out! There are so many good ones, it's hard to choose, but...

You can see all the guest designer projects here (here's mine) and featured designer projects here. Honestly so many of them are fantastic. I admire everyone who put their efforts into a room/space/rooms these past 8 weeks and transformed!! Some incredible before/afters, great DIY projects, great ways people added character and personality... really inspiring. A lot of the faves on this list also featured great photography which makes it easier for me to see the whole space true to life. Seriously, check out all the rooms linked above for more inspo! But moving on to my faves...

Favorite modern traditional One Room Challenge reveals

I'll start with the master suites, then the rest are not in any intentional order. (I love bedroom design and there were some really beautiful master bedroom/bathrooms!)

Renovation Husbands did this classically inspired bedroom and bathroom. These images below are just peeks--you have to check out the whole thing, and the before! Really incredible design for this special older home.
On the more modern side, Coco and Jack did their master bedroom/bathroom and basically built it out of thin air. So serene! I love the antique-look nightstands, big lamps, and handmade brass frame for the shower door!

DeWilde Design Co has been in my fave ORC round-ups in the past, too. This cabin bedroom/bathroom makeover was a HUGE transformation and a ton of hard work they did themselves! So unique, too!

Speaking of unique, Cynthia Z Maria is a floral designer and old house lover and created this incredible, magical backyard cutting garden/flower studio our of a basic shed. You have to see inside, too!!

I love floral wallpaper these days, and I love wall treatments on all four walls, not just one statement one. The House That Will did this bathroom reno that has lovely historic-inspired character!

Hunted Interior did three rooms--the bathroom is also incredible, but I loved this office shot. Mix of old and new pieces and great built-ins!

Collected Living Design did this beautiful kitchen, with classic elements and luxury modern ones like that slab backsplash. Love the styling too!

Incredible DIYs in this bathroom by Sachi Lord. So much hard work, and I love the combination of elements--feels really custom and high-end!

@sydneyleanndesign did the One Room Challenge Instagram-only but you can see the progress in her feed--they created this fireplace from nothing! This room is so lovely.

I'll keep checking back as the guest designers continue to reveal their rooms through Wednesday. There are some I've been following along with on Instagram that I can't wait to see!
