Our house before/afters

Aaah, we are moving this weekend (so stressful!).  And, I don't love the place we're moving to, although I didn't love the house we are leaving when we first moved in, either.  Makes me think back to the "before"s...

Hm.  This also makes me realize all the work I've put into this little house.  How will I have time to do that in the new place?!  Sorry, just a little stressed.  It will all be okay.  I'll have to give you a status report once we do the big move today, rented U-Haul truck and all.  I am pretty excited even though it's a lot of work!

  5. Man, that was a boring house before you moved in and made it your own! I know you can do it with the new place, too, it'll just take time. Don't rush yourself.

  6. You, of all people, can make your cozy place... even with square white walls. The creativity inside of you can't help but spill out- good luck with the move this weekend! :)

  7. I'm sure you'll love the new place too - but it is hard to leave when you've put so much work in! I love the wall color you've used in the living room - so dramatic!

  9. Love the before and afters! You really made builders grade work with style. I am impressed because the 'before' photo's are all too common. I love character and charm which is tough to add to a new build but you managed to do it with ease.

  16. Don't worry, you will get it done. I have been slowly decorating our little place for about a year. It has taken a while because of full-time work, but it is getting done, and I like our little space :)

  17. This is very nice. I love every room that you have. It's not over decorated. It's just enough to make yourselves feel comfortable being at home.
