Remember my blouse-to-dress obsession?

It's baaack!
I blogged here about how cool and easy it is to convert a blouse into the top of a two-part dress.  Like these lovely things from Anthro and ModCloth:
Well, I had a black Gap blouse that I got at Goodwill Outlet and then realized had a tear in the middle of the sleeve.  So, I did some alterations...
Here's the blurry before:
And here's what I turned it into, using 3/4 yard of crazy ikat-ey pirnt rayon from JoAnn and a vintage elastic belt:
So easy!

    I have a question. Do you actually attach the top and skirt? or you just tuck in the top? If you do attach, how did you do that?
