The simplest top ever?

It's not the simplest top ever, but it is one of the simplest things you could possibly do with simple printed quilting fabric.  It's always so hard to know what to do with quilter's cotton, which is unfortunate since it comes in sooooo many cute prints.  It's not usually right for clothing.  But I found this cute turquoise vintage-ey print at Goodwill Outlet, and didn't have a whole lot of it.  It worked out pretty nicely made up in New Look 6895.
