Summery semi-sheer Anthro-ey dress

I was inspired by this lovely dress from Anthropologie... it's a lightweight cotton with circle texture woven in.  Slightly high waist and collar overlap, like the one I showed you how to do when making this dress.
Except on this dress, I used the bodice from a very similar vintage pattern from my mom's collection, one she made herself long ago--Vogue 8870.  It's got the collar shape already; I just softened the corner.  I thought about having it open down the center front, with a placket in the gathered skirt, but instead made it a faux front fastening with a zipper in the back.
I used a lovely semi-sheer woven stripe cotton I've had for a long time, can't remember where I got it.  I used some nice Dill buttons on it that match the color very closely.  Compared to the Anthro version, mine has a little fuller skirt and it does have the waistband, like the vintage version.  Here's how it came out!

And I really think I need new belts, because I wanted to try this with a belt but this braided one was the best I could find, and I don't really think it goes... what do you think?
So there it is.  Simple, lightweight and summery!
