With weddings on my mind a lot these days, one of the things I haven't given much thought to is veils.  Okay, well, I've given some thought to it, but I don't really know what I'm talking about.  I have never thought of myself as a much of a veil person, at all, but when I've tried them on at bridal shops they are so pretty!!  They just transform the look from a pretty white dress to a lovely bridal look.

So, I am pretty sure I want a veil, but I don't think I want a traditional, long one.  What other types are there??  I have been liking the birdcage veil look, so I collected some photos to share ideas with you here...

Cute, but still bridal, right?  I think I just want to make something that incorporates the colors of my dress, but I don't know exactly what shape or style...

Has anyone seen any great tutorials recently for similar birdcage veils?  I think I can probably figure it out but it is always fun to see how other people do things!!
